Today, anchored in this same valley, the Ari\u00e8ge folk dance association La Bethmalaise has been perpetuating the richness of its know-how for almost 35 years, offering intergenerational traditional dance shows and concerts. The meeting with this group of dancers was a determining factor in the staging and dramaturgy of this film, which hypothesizes a symbolic continuity between the peasant revolt and contemporary folk dances, carriers of a memory linking past and present.
